Shipping Policy

Shipping Territory
We ship only within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, outlying islands, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders with a shipping address outside the continental United States will not be processed.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer standard ground shipping only. Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders within the continental United States. We use major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable courier services at our discretion to ensure efficient and secure delivery. Carrier selection is made based on the destination and service availability.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days from the date your order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is available for all orders within the continental United States unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs for any additional services or non-standard delivery requests will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been processed for shipping, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you wish to make changes or cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, our return policy will apply, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing the carrier information and tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, retain the original packaging and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Partial Shipments and Backorders
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with the expected availability date and offer the option to wait or modify your order.
